Common questions
What counts as a question?
One message to a channel chat or a topic ask page. Reading reports, topic answers and channel pages is free without limit.
Can I try it without an account?
Yes. Today's featured channel is fully open, and every topic page answers 2 questions before asking you to sign in.
Can I index my own channel?
Not as a self-serve plan. Taffy indexes the channels the research needs. You can nominate a channel from the channels page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is monthly. Cancel from the billing portal and keep access until the period ends.
